About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the IDM support team which handles the bank's access management tool.
  • Manage functional and business technology support including incident, change and problem management.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholder teams: business partners, development teams, infrastructure and information security.
  • Collaborate well with stakeholders, application, business, infrastructure, security, and operations to continuously improve the stability of applications
  • Handle internal and external audit queries related to Identity Access Mgmt 
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the support model, suggesting improvements based on organizational needs.
  • Correlate events across multiple systems to proactively surface and resolve deep, underlying issues
  • Provide after office hours’ standby support and for emergency recoveries, including managing major incident of critical services. 
  • Work with level 1 support in application knowledge transfer in establishing standard first level recovery process/system health check monitoring/scheduled activities as well as common application user queries.
  • Work with project/development/Level 3 team in permanent resolution/change review
  • Review deployment guide to ensure change requests are implemented with no impact to existing functionalities.
  • Create and manage monthly/quarterly IDM deployment calendar to plan for support during deployments.
  • Maintain operational guide, deployment guide support documentations to summarize common support issues.
  • Ensure security and product patches are planned and implemented timely
  • Ensure implementation of custom BI reports and scripts for automating manual support tasks.
  • Expected to drive improvements through influence and strong relationships with managers in other teams.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of direct experience with Identity and Access management. Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles. preferably Oracle identity Manager
  • 4+ years hands-on experience in implementing the RBAC and Segregation of Duty (SOD)
  • In-depth knowledge of RBAC concepts and principles, including hierarchical roles and permissions.
  • Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or others. Scripting skills for automation and integration of RBAC solutions.
  • Proficient in creating and managing access control policies based on business requirements.
  • Understanding of security protocols and best practices. Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools for access control.
  • Ability to lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and direction.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex security concepts to different stakeholders.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to address security challenges.
  • Ability to design and implement effective RBAC solutions.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and security professionals.
  • Conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks in RBAC implementations.
  • Experience in project management, ensuring timely delivery of RBAC-related projects.
  • Strong working knowledge on Oracle Identity Governance 12c, Oracle Database, Linux, Unix & Windows Enterprise Server OS, with mixed skills around administration and troubleshooting
