is dedicated to managing the wealth of high-net-worth individuals with investment assets of$5millionand above. Keeping in mind our clients’ financial objectives, we provide tailored products and solutions that draw on the Group’s comprehensive suite of personal, business and investment services.

Job Responsibilities

  • As part of the Client Fulfilment team member – your key responsibilities:
  • Process Front Office submissions relating to client static maintenance such a Change of Name / ID / Contact/ Address, ensuring completeness and that all internal controls are adhered to.
  • Support requests for the Bank’s internet banking services
  • Process end to end for account opening which includes creation / maintenance of accounts in the PB systems.
  • Handle Portfolio Risk Profile submissions including:
  • 􀀁 Vulnerable Client assessments
  • 􀀁 Issuance of renewal confirmations
  • 􀀁 Tracking of expiry and renewal
  • Support FATCA / CRS activities e.g. Tracking of expired documents, Annual RM Inquiry, Annual Outreach
  • Handle Audit Confirmation and Letter of Reference requests
     

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree holder
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in private banking client static maintenance will be required.
  • Reasonable knowledge of documentation requirements for individual and nonindividual accounts will be an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team and multitask.
  • Analytical and process minded, understand processes and workflows.
  • Able to learn and share information with peers and team members.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
