About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review and authorize limit adjustment in compliance with the approved basis of advance;
  • Review and authorise update in terms and conditions and testing due date in compliance with the facility agreement;
  • Preparation of management reports;
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects;
  • Lead a team of 4 staff

Job Requirements


  • With at least 5 years of experience in credit in a banking institution
  • Good problem solving skill and inter-personal skill to deal with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Able to plan well so that BAU activities are effectively carried out.
