About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and process day-to-day Trade Operations transactions of one or several Trade Products
  • Manage and process pre-vetting transaction request in terms of LC/SBLC issuance application and Export LC confirmation/Bill Presentation 
  • Transactional Approval
  • Attend and provide technical advice / support to Business Units and Customers
  • Review and ensure operational problems, complaints and queries are resolved promptly and satisfactorily
  • Assist Team Lead with human resource planning, development and staff management

Job Requirements

  • Degree Holder
  • 5 to 7 years experience in Document Checking / Trade experience / Banker’s Guarantee preferred
  • Strong communications, interpersonal, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good attitude and integrity
