About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

 

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver region Banca sales target by providing Bancassurance advice (Keyman Insurance, General Insurance and Employee Benefit) according to client’s needs
  • Support Team Leader/ Team Head/ Area Sales Head in driving referrals and branch activities
  • Drive / execute Banca sales campaign, provide product training and other related activities
  • Well verse with loan documentation in view of the Bancassurance premium financing bundling
  • Familiar and well verse with technical knowledge such as financial underwriting criteria and medical underwriting criteria
  • Well verse with Conventional and Takaful insurance products
  • Ability to provide business insight and analysis to the leader and management
  • Be responsible for sales governance and compliance matter

Job Requirements

  • A recognized degree/ Master in any field, PCE and CEILLI qualification are required
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Insurance Sales (experience in SME segment is an added advantage)
  • Passionate about sales & possess strong commitment to achieve sales target
  • Has good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • A team player; proactive, outgoing, performance driven and flexible to changes
  • Enjoy meeting people and influential in sales
  • Preferable candidate with ability to speak dialect
  • Proven track sales records
