About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Reponsibilities

  • Manage a team responsible for the end to end delivery of the CPFIS and SRS products and its transactions such as Account Maintenance, Trade Settlement and Corporate Action
  • Deliver strategic change initiatives in accordance with the priorities agreed with the Head of Retail Investment Operations
  • Ensure delivery of quality customer service and operational efficiency whilst minimizing risk to the Bank
  • Develop and implement operational process improvement initiatives
  • Develop and deploy of relevant key performance metrics
  • Provide valued support and resolutions to the business
  • Conduct review with fellow agent banks and statutory boards such as CPF Board and Ministry of Finance in relation to CPFIS and SRS scheme
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and policies

Job Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in Wealth Management or Agent Bank Operations
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership experience
  • Ability to liaise with various functions and stakeholders at all levels
  • Sound product, business and operational knowledge as well a strong understanding of applicable local regulations
  • Able to drive strategic thinking and continuous improvement in both operational and non-operational areas, including connecting the cross-functional resources to remove waste along the extended value streams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong risk awareness
