About the Department

Digital Products and Solutions (Retail) is responsible for developing new digital products and/or solutions, ensuring the competitiveness of existing products. Strengthens the sales effort by working with Sales and Marketing to define competitive market requirements and identify opportunities. May model profit and loss, or risk control. 

Digital covers activities related to internal teams within banks or financial institutions that focus primarily on building digital capabilities for the organization.

Job Responsibilities

•    Work directly with users, vendor, and IT teams.
•    Design and develop solutions for IBM ODM-related projects .
•    Drive technical innovation to enhance functional and technical capabilities of the IBM ODM.
•    Support SIT and UAT testing according to the project timeline.
•    Take charge of the end-to-end SDLC life cycle from requirement gathering, development to production deployment.
•    Work independently on assigned tasks.
•    Communicate with technical and non-technical resources and work with limited direction.
•    Produce detailed Functional specifications / Impact analysis document that communicate the system behavior effectively.
•    Manage, address, and resolve IBM ODM related technical issues in a timely fashion, ensuring necessary escalation and communication to stakeholders as necessary.
 

Job Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with minimum 2 years of hands-on technical experience on IBM ODM and Java.
•    Java / J2EE, Web Services.
•    Experience with Rule Designer, Creating BOM/XOM, execution algorithms, working memory customization, functions, debugging and familiarity with all rule artifacts.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to interpret business requirement.
•    Experience on writing Functional specifications / Impact analysis documents.
•    Good communication skills.
•    Good to have knowledge of relation database, specifically Oracle (SQL - PL/SQL).
