Job Responsibilities
• To develop and enhance the range of Cash Management products and services to meet the cash
management needs of the bank’s Corporate and Institutional clients to enhance the bank’s cash
management business. Initiate product ideas for existing or new products, screen and prioritize
product ideas, coordinate market research, development project, conducted market rollout and
commercialization activities.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to increase product penetration, usage and
revenue for assigned products.
• Manage Cash Management Product / assigned product profitability, costing, margin and pricing
decision. Track, benchmark service quality and drive internal processes to ensure smooth product
delivery.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
• At least 3 - 5 years experience in cash management product development in Banking or Financial
industry
• Possess analytical planning and decision making skills
• Possess excellent interpersonal / communication skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
