Technology and Operations create impact across the region as you help shape the future of banking here in our Technology and Operations teams. Encompassing a thriving ecosystem of diverse teams with distinct capabilities and cross-functional expertise, we work collaboratively to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations across 19 markets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform documents checking and financing for Bill under Letter of Credit and Bill under Collections
  • Check to ensure compliance of transactions performed against BOT regulation, UCP Rules, Banking Policy and Procedures
  • Ensure that customer receive correct, complete services within committed Service Level Agreement.
  • Check correctness, completeness of customer documents for Trade related transactions against Standard Operating Procedure
  • Checking application and related documents and provide advisory to clients for Export Bills both under and not under LC, Export Loan transactions i.e Packing Credit / Invoice Financing / Account Receivable Financing (ARP)
  • Process and/or Approve Letter of Credit Advising related transactions to clients i.e. Advice Export LC, Transfer LC, LC Confirmation, and LC Cancellation
  • Check genuine of Letter of Credit received from overseas bank and input data into processing system
  • Advice Export Letter of Credit to client and collect advising fee from client
  • Process and/or Approve Export Bills under and not under LC, Export loan transaction i.e. Packing Credit, Invoice Financing etc., input transaction into processing system.
  • Following up with Overseas Bank or customer for acceptance and payment on export bills or export loan on maturity date
  • Following up for document to proof Source of Repayment from client to report loan settlement
  • Transfer overdue loan and loan settlement on maturity date
  • Collect overdue interest or charges from client once receive instruction from RM
  • Check banking statement and process or approve payment to client when receiving funds from overseas bank
  • Process or Approve withholding tax refund to client once receive complete document
  • Report customer outstanding balance on monthly basis
  • Prepare transaction advice to client
  • Co-ordinate among clients and internal party to achieve excellence service on TROC related transactions
  • Perform end of day reconciliation
  • Calculate loan outstanding balance provide to related department
  • Other tasks perform as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • 1- 2 years in checking Import or Export Bills under LC and not under LC according to UCP and URC
  • Able to communicate in English (Writing / Reading / Speaking)
  • Checking Import or Export Bills under LC according to UCP
  • Knowing International Rules for processing Documentary LC and Collection i.e. UCP, URC, URR, ISBP, etc.
  • Good skills in reading, listening, writing and tying both Thai and English
  • Good skill in Microsoft Word and Excel
