About the Department
Retail Credit is responsible for establishing and maintaining the Retail Credit Policy & Process Standard, providing oversight and independent tracking and monitoring of assets quality of PFS portfolios to be within the approved risk appetite, performing quality assurance of the credit cycle as well as conducting strategic business/ portfolio risk review as and when required.
Job Responsibilities
1. Dunning call for NPL accounts & improves productivity; Call, Success rate, NPL resolved, TDR booking.
2. Provide useful advice to customer to help them repay constantly
3. Analyst customer credit and work out assistant debt restructure program
4. Give collection feedback to supervisor if any irregular case found
5. To complete any assignment related to the retail credit function.
Job Requirements
- Graduate Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in debt collection 2 years, especially for secure loans
- Knowledge of collection system
- Knowledge of process Legal
- Have a positive attitude towards the organization and participate in the Bank's activities.
