About the Department

Corporate Banking Thailand ("CBK")

Corporate Banking ("CBK") focuses on providing advisory and solutions to Thai corporate clients, from meeting their financial requirements through to trade, cash management and global markets solutions, in collaboration with various product partners. CBK leverages our capabilities as a regional bank to support clients who expand their businesses overseas as well as onboarding large corporate clients who already bank with UOB in other geographies. CBK builds sustainable relationships with clients in order to be a total and trusted solution provider in the long term.

Job Responsibilities

  • Track individual action plans to ensure they are completed by Corporate Banking within deadline and update/upload supporting information in GRC system.
  • Maintain professional and cordial working relationships between Corporate Banking and auditors Timely reporting of incidents and MRA in GRC system Review KORI annually and ensure timely submission of monthly stats in GRC system
  • Review KRCSA annually, perform KRCSA control testing and upload in GRC system
  • Provide oversight and governance including tracking, collating, and validating information from RMs to maintain and strengthen business risk and controls.
  • Support in-country CBK head to manage and respond to internal and external audit queries

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance / Business Administration / Marketing / Economics or other related fields
  • Minimum 5-8 years with relevant working experience
  • Strong combination of analytical, decision-making and interpersonal skills
