About the Department

Job Responsibilities

• Control and assign staffs to properly process Import transactions
• Monitor all received enquiries and tackle problem / issue
• Co-ordinate and communicate with customers and related parties
• Provide coaching and conduct training session to improve staffs’ knowledge and performance
• Control expense to be in line with target
• Perform other assigned tasks including signing on required documents

Job Requirements

• 5 years of working experience
• Good communicate in English language both speaking and writing
• Having good service mind
• Maintain good inter-personal skills
• Maintain good knowledge and understanding about Trade services including rules and regulations
