About the Department

Audit is a function that provides objective assurance and consulting to add value and improve the Group’s operations. We help the Group achieve its strategic objectives by adopting a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and​ improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee the annual audit plan and staff development plan;
• Supervise the audit team, ensuring the execution of planned audit work;
• Review audit issues and prepare reports for final review and approval by the Division Head;
• Follow up on the implementation of previous audit recommendations;
• Identify and develop new audit techniques and tools, and update the audit manual;
• Collaborate with the Division Head to assess the performance of audit team members;
• Key audit areas include Global Markets, Global Market Operations, and Market Risk Management & Balance Sheet Risk Management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance & Banking
• Minimum 10 years of audit experience within or related to the banking industry
• Strong analytical, communication, and partnership skills
• Proficiency in English
• Familiarity with audit analytic tools, or willingness to learn
• Preferred professional certifications: CIA, CFSA, CPIA, CRMA, or CPA
