About the Department

UOBT Commercial Banking serves the medium and large enterprises in Thailand.

To maximise our depth and breadth of coverage, our customers are further segmented by Industry Group, Enterprise Banking, Upcountry, and Corporate Wealth Management.

Customers under Industry Groups are classified based on industry specializations. They are generally the larger enterprises in Bangkok and vicinity areas, many of which are dominant players in their respective industries. These customers have complex financial requirements and are serviced by Relationship Managers who closely engage product partners to tailor solutions according to customers' needs.

Enterprise Banking, on the other hand, caters to medium enterprises with relatively less complex financial requirements. Enterprise Banking customers are not categorized by industry specializations. Instead, they are serviced by Relationship Managers based on locations in Bangkok and vicinity areas.

Customers under Upcountry are serviced by Relationship Managers located nationwide regardless of their size and industry to ensure greater ground coverage.

Job Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Expand business with existing and prospective clients by acting as focal point of contact for corporate and commercial clients and conduct on-going monitoring of clients under their portfolio.
  • Develop / execute marketing plans to achieve assigned business targets.
  • Preparation of credit proposals and related analytical support including handling post approval work process to ensure speedy turnaround. Work closely with product partners to cross sell financial products of the UOB Group.

 

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Law or Science.
  • At least 3 years of commercial banking experience, Fresh graduates with high potential and good sense of business can apply.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Financial Accounting.
  • Good selling and client relationship skills.
  • Highly motivated.
