Job Responsibilities

Supervise, coach and monitor Direct Sales Agent (DSA) to deliver monthly new sales booking volumes  and also have to create a good team work environment to motivate DSA striving for the best
• Build up strong relationship towards housing developers, contractors and other resale home brokers 
• To recruit, provide training and coaching for DSAs about HL product program, selling techniques, basic knowledge of credit analysis.
• Pre-screening customer profile and credit history prior submit application to credit approval
• Administration task like preparing periodical sales report and other ad-hoc function to be assigned


 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any field
• At least 5 year-experience in selling and marketing, secured product
• Good knowledge in secured product and real-estate business
• Credit analysis
• Selling technique
• Negotiation skill
• Marketing activities
• Good written and oral communication in Thai
• Good interpersonal skill
