About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Job Responsibilities

• Share set home loan target and sales responsibility with BM, BBM, RM.
• Ensure business strategies are implemented accordingly and activities are monitored daily, weekly and monthly.
• Management sales to encourage quality and to meet sales target.
• Discuss with related persons in branch to set business strategy, sales target, cross-selling and problem solving.
• Pre-screening customer profile and credit history prior submit application to credit approval
• Ensure business strategies are implemented accordingly and activities are monitored daily, weekly and monthly.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with BM, BBM, RM and branch staff and corporate customers in order to establish more business channels.
• Responsible for ad-hoc functions which are to be assigned by Team Head.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any field
• At least 3 year-experience  in selling and marketing, secured product
• Good knowledge in secured product and real estate business
• Good written and oral communication in Thai
• Good interpersonal skill
