About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and provide advisory of Bank products for clients, including tailor-made investment solutions
• Effectively formulate sales planning and development to promote Bank products
• Understand customers’ needs and present the right products/solutions according to the Bank’s service standards
• Establish solid relationships with existing clients and focus to acquire new clients to receive full range of wealth management products and services
• Achieve revenue income and increase business volume to meet annual target
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales report and progress of existing and new clients

         Professionally preserve bank image to provide quality service to clients

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics and related fields
• Sales skill, customer service and good presentation skills
• Minimum 1-year direct experience in banking, investment advisory or insurance
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Possession of IC, Life insurance and Non-life insurance licenses will be given additional consideration
