About the Department
Job Responsibilities

Service PVB customers at the Privilege Lounge / Support the PVB RMs to provide the high standard services for the PVB customers  / Service the PVB customers in banking transactions or activities organzie by bank

1. Provide high standard services for PVB customers during visitng the Privilege Lounge

2. Faclilitate RMs in order to provide the excellent services to the customers such as :

   - Prepare the presentation documents, e.g. Investment, Insurance, and other bank products for CA 

   - Prepare daily sales reports

   - Assist on the customers' transactional /services

   - Facilitate new join TL/CA during onboarding, i.e. User ID request and provide necessary information 

   - Prepare and submit all the expense documents for reimbursement for TL and CA

   - Support TL/CA on other day to day work 

3. Event coordinator : Coordinate with related parties in the customer's event/seminar/meeting preparation for PVB customers

4. Assist & monitor on MF (Mutual Fund) on Phone for registeration to submission process 

5. Coordinate with Sales Governance and other parties to follow up on the required documents/information from TL/CA  

6. Other assignment as needed


Job Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business Economics, Financial, or related field.
  • Previous 2-8 years of experience in Banking business , support and advisor in marketing Planning relationship manager will be advantage.
  • Knowledge of financial instruments, credit and business analysis, industry analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of English.
