About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.


Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Be the hands-on lead for the strategy and execution of digital acquisition channels managed in-house
  • Manage allocation and optimization of budgets to drive higher conversion volume and drive down acquisition costs
  • Identify areas for improvement across the digital acquisition spectrum for improving our conversion rates and share them with key stakeholders
  • Discover and experiment with new platforms to drive growth and capture new acquisition
  • Identify, research, and evaluate new, customer-centric business opportunities and market initiatives that support customers seeking customer experiences. Specific topics may include traffic or profit-generating opportunities, partnerships, acquisitions and new formats such as subscription models or platforms
Job Requirements
  • Strong background in consumer banking of product management and product acquisition 
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and experiments- owning campaign performance and adjusting tactics to meet objectives and budgets
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, a passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, ability to turn analysis into actionable programs, and ability to use data to optimize day-to-day performance
  • Ability to bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence, and marketing savvy to build efficient and scalable customer acquisition programs
  • Must be highly driven with a customer-centric attitude and the ability to work entrepreneurially  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for responding well to pressure and challenges
  • Strategic thinker and intellectually curious problem solver who translate customer needs into business opportunities
