About the Digital Content Engagement

          Part of the very vibrant and dynamic marketing team within the new UOB Digital Bank, this role will challenge your ability to strategize and innovate using data-driven insights.You should be comfortable with technology, and will be required to work closely with our technology partners to deliver amazing digital experiences. So if you love to think out of the box and constantly believe there is a better way of doing things, you may just have found a team to meet your ambitions.

Job Responsibilities

Your role:

  • Improve customer engagement throughout their life-cycle
  • Interpret analytical/marketing data to design and create engagement initiatives
  • Ongoing testing to improve efficacy of these initiatives
  • Support the development and implementation of the Digital Bank’s content strategy and data driven decisioning capability
  • Close coordination with teams in the Singapore (Group) office
  • Best practice sharing with countries across the region


You must be:

  • Able to make data-driven decisions
  • Translate analytical and marketing data into effective programs and campaigns
  • Technologically savvy
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent in organisation and planning
  • Strong in copywriting for both Thai and English
  • Have exposure or experience with working with teams across the region


It’s a plus if you have:

  • In-depth knowledge of digital banking, banking products and understand financial behaviour
  • Hands-on experience on marketing automation tools
Job Requirements


  • Have a recognised degree preferably in the areas of Marketing, Communication, Psychology, Social Science or similar
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in similar roles
  • Strong in written and verbal communication
  • Proactive team player with good interpersonal skills
