About the Department

Job Responsibilities

      •  
  • To monitoring and supervision to service provider who perform the major service for supporting the Bank operation requirement such as logistic, cleaning & hygiene.
  • To manage & supervise performance of Soft service provider, provide support to Bank wide requirement including both HO & branches
  • To service & support all general office service requirement provide support to Bank wide requirement including both HO & branches
  • Prepares the operating procedure & Change management for the related projects

Job Requirements

To managing and supervise the performance and service quality of all Soft service provider, the replacement candidate, should consider for;

 

  • Experience in Building & facilities management of high-rise building, with good knowledge of Innovative and Technology trends.
  • Keen in planning, monitoring, and administrating the operation and service of a building management or services, such as, logistic, cleaning, mailing & messenger and internal event etc.
  • Good English communication, with negotiation & influencing skills
  • The ability to lead & motivate teams with customer-service mind and hands-on in team management
  • Attention to detail of work, including the prioritizing and the ability to handle a varied workload and multitask.
  • Experience in procurement is a plus.
