Job Responsibilities
In our road map for continuous cultural improvement, the Group Risk Management is constantly brainstorming on ways to collect quantitative data to better reflect the Bank’s risk culture.
As such, the candidate will be working closely with Group Non-Financial Risk Management in developing Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) in Cultivating a Risk Intelligent Culture, collecting and analyzing behavioural data.

Job Requirements
- Looking for a intern who can commit from May-July 2025 (Summer Internship)
- Bachelor's Degree student preferred, preferrable specialising in psychology or behavioural science
- Proficient in analyzing qualitative data with the ability to extract insights and trends
- Strong analytical skills; familiarity with Power Query is preferred
- Willingness to think outside of the box to solve problems
- Proactive attitude towards learning, with genuine interest in behavioural science applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Enjoys working with stakeholders of different culture and background
