About the Department

As part of the Group Human Resources team, we are looking for an individual who will be part of our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be working closely with our Campus Recruitment team. Our campus team supports bankwide recruitment for Graduate Programmes, Internships and manage campus activities and relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plans and runs UOB led campus events, school roadshows, talks and events.
  • Manage recruitment initiatives such as (social media) campaigns, recruitment advertisements, content creation, etc
  • Engages with students and campus connections for graduate hiring and internships
  • Works closely with Campus recruiter on hiring for Graduate Programmes and Internships

We are looking for you if you are keen to embark your career in recruitment or campus recruitment and if you possess the following:

  • Self starter and confident to handle different stakeholders
  • Experience in events planning, communications/ media, early careers recruitment or in a similar role is a plus
