About the Department

The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

1. Memastikan volume outstanding kredit dan simpanan tercapai sesuai dengan target yang diberikan

2. Memastikan pencapaian target Total income sesuai dengan target yang diberikan

3. Menjaga hubungan baik dengan Debitur

4. Memonitor / maintain fasilitas kredit/portfolio debitur dengan melakukan : 
    - Melakukan kunjungan rutin untuk mengetahui perkembangan bisnis debitur dan identifikasi potensi permasalahan, minimal 2 kali setahun untuk debitur dengan kolektibilitas lancar dan 4 kali setahun untuk debitur dengan kolektibilitas diatas atau sama dengan dua. Hasil kunjungan dilaporkan dalam bentuk visit report

    - Melakukan annual review secara disiplin sesuai jadwal jatuh tempo sehingga tidak terjadi overdue

    - Melakukan pemantauan atas covenant kredit yang diberikan sehingga tidak terjadi covenant breach.

    - Memastikan kelengkapan dokumen kredit pada saat pengajuan dan memastikan dokumen TBO dilengkapi sesuai jadwal yang disetujui

5. Melakukan follow up untuk penyelesaian segera apabila terjadi temuan audit

6. Melakukan seluruh aktivitas sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku termasuk peraturan BI, kebijakan dan prosedur yang berlaku

7.   Bertanggungjawab untuk memastikan Proses CDD ( Customer Due Diligence) terhadap nasabah yang dikelolanya (termasuk di dalamnya nasabah Custody), telah dilakukan dengan baik sesuai dengan Kebijakan dan Pedoman APU-PPT yang berlaku

Job Requirements


  • Minimum S1 degree
  • Male/Female
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Have skills in data processing and analysis
