About the Department
The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and be responsible for reviewing business proposal submissions by:
• Checking the completeness of documents and entries according to the applicable system and policies.
• Conformity of the proposal submitted with the applicable internal and external regulations.
• Understand economic conditions and their impact on certain industrial sectors in general and on proposals submitted in particular so that they can provide recommendations to obtain a quality credit portfolio.
- Ensuring productivity and SLA that have been determined while taking into account the Bank's prudential principles.
- Ensuring that the work process is carried out according to the SLA and the approved approval rate.
- Ensuring coordination with related work units can run well to support the achievement of targets that have been set.
- Maintain Load Balancing in the credit process in team to achieve optimum productivity.
- Review rejected proposals as input for process improvement to maintain healthy portfolio quality.
- Provide recommendations for credit applications for prospective debtors which are then submitted for approval according to the credit authority.
- Monitor and review the achievement of KPI Team members.
- Responsible in terms of fostering the attitude, assessment and competence of each member of his team and routinely provide coaching and direction and propose training needed to develop staff under their coordination.
- Communicating and ensuring understanding of products, programs and policies including regular updates.
- Perform other tasks given by Supervisors
Job Requirements
- Minimum S1 education.
- Has experience of 5 (five) years in the field of banking credit and 1 (one) year as Credit Approver.
- Have a strong personality and leadership spirit
- Have knowledge of applicable laws and regulations including Bank Indonesia regulations.
- Having knowledge about Risk Management, especially Consumer Credit business (Housing & Secured Loan).
- Have skills / abilities regarding credit analysis, credit administration & practical Law
