About the Department
The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage process and system for Retail Credit department and coordinate with IT for system enhancement & additional tools required.
• Understand Business Requirements and Functional Specs documents.
• Coordinate and assist stakeholder in performing user acceptance test. Drive testing delivery as per test strategy and test planning. Be the first line of support for BU testers.
• Identify / track risks and issues, and work with relevant key stakeholders to drive issue resolution.
• Report progress of project status on a regular basis. Raise early warning flags and escalate issues on a timely basis.
• Document all aspects of the projects, regular project status updates, help acquire the necessary resources and skills, and contribute to the delivery of business process.
• Effectively engage key stakeholders to derive clear implementation strategies, communication, and governance, adherence to internal & regulatory requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement automation (with RPA tool) to meet business user requirement.
Job Requirements
• Min. 6-years experience in IT and business analyst
• Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or similar domain. Related professional/technical qualification will be advantageous.
• Banking project experience in established bank/financial institutions will be a credit.
• Proficient in programming languages and SQL
• Experience in working with automation tools like UiPath, etc is an advantage.
• Experience with strong analytical skill and problem solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate in English fluently
• Able to coordinate with stakeholders and decision makers
• Able to work under minimum supervision and in a team
