About the Department
The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients
Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- To plan, lead and execute joint marketing activities and events in line with School & UOB’s focus. Collaboration with School CCA Clubs / outreach to School Committees and external stakeholders
- Create visual, multimedia, video and other online media assets in line with brand guidelines
- Advocate digitalization in banking through internet banking and other digital platforms at branches auto lobbies
- Provide positive customer service on customer queries in the bank branches
- To identify opportunities in order to promote suitable products and services while providing quality and seamless service
Learning Outcomes
- Gain a better understanding of the banking operations
- Manage and foster better customer relationships
- Project management skills – plan, organize and execute events from start to finish
- Able to understand the various the digital banking products offered by bank and other digital tools
