About UOB Digital Partnership-SME

Digital partnership seeks to partner (Fintechs, Digital Platforms)  with large scale digital platforms working with SMEs and who will allow us to cross-sell banking products (lending and non-lending) to the SMEs who are working with such platforms. Examples of such partners are e-commerce, mPOS, Accounting and payment etc.

For selected strategic partners, the Bank is integrated with them through API. Data sharing occurs (for consented customers) between the Bank and the partners to enhance customer experience and enable deeper cross-sell. Besides linking the Bank’s digital assets to partners, we are also actively building embedded finance solutions with strategic digital partners along with BizSmart.

BizSmart maintains a curated set of digital solution providers that collaborate closely with us to help customers digitalize their businesses. Examples of partner solutions are in areas of accounting, enterprise resource planning (ERP), HR, e-commerce, e-marketing and point-of-sales (POS).
