About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Disbursement Team Lead and providing general administrative support in the handling of consumer loans processing
  • Work actively with Team Lead to support the loan disbursement process and migration project of customer’s segment
  • Work actively with team members to ensure accuracy and meet SLA turnaround time for all daily processes
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers and ensure no occurrence of operational errors with financial loss or customer impact
  • Work actively with Team Lead to ensure compliance of ORSA / GCESA and risk control descriptions
  • Work actively with Team Lead to ensure due compliance of established procedures, guidelines and due diligent in the observation of all regulatory rules and regulations

Job Requirements

  • Minimum a recognized Degree in relevant field
  • Min 1 year of working experience, ideally in Banking or Operations. Entry level welcome to apply, on job training provided. 
  • Good knowledge of MS office and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet timelines
  • Able to provide constructive feedbacks on any operation matters related to loan processing
