Job Responsibilities


1.    Own Retail Deposits product objectives within Group Digital Banking 

a.    Develop business plans to drive acquisition of new accounts, grow existing portfolio and optimize cost to acquire and serve. Collaborate with Digital & Product Teams in key markets to deliver these plans.
b.    Develop and package products and services to cater to the needs of customers with digital preference, across all target customer segments for the digital banking platform. Collaborate within Group Digital Banking in the development and build of new products and services.
c.    Govern regular reviews of product performance with Group and Country Teams, and enhance business plans based on insights from data analytics

2.    Drive omni channel referrals

a.    Develop framework to refer digitally acquired customers to assisted channels to deepen relationship with customers through up-sell or cross-sell of Wealth and Lending products
b.    Own and deliver omni channel referral targets in collaboration with Group Retail and Country Digital Teams

Job Requirements


Minimum Educational Qualifications 

1.    Bachelor’s Degree.  
2.    Design thinking, Agile, Professional Scrum Product Owner certifications will be advantageous

Relevant Experience:  Broad management knowledge or technical knowledge/ Years of experience 

1.    ~10 years of experience
2.    Relevant experience in the development and management of Retail Deposits or Retail Banking products
3.    Strong business acumen and understanding of business levers to apply to acquisition, portfolio growth and cost optimization in order to deliver product financials
4.    Strong understanding of human centered design thinking to identify target customer segments’ needs and apply to product development
5.    Strong understanding of how to acquire, serve and engage customers with digital preference
6.    Good understanding of the Retail Banking landscape in terms of products, services and digital banking trends
7.    Experience in our key markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam) will be advantageous
