About the Department

The Channels & Digitalization function enables end-to-end seamless connectivity for UOB customers across all physical and digital touchpoints of the Bank. Designed to be in tune with our customers’ banking preferences, we strive to enhance engagement and deliver exemplary experiences across our network of branches, self-service machines and digital platforms. We collaborate with FinTech ecosystem partners to keep abreast of developments in the FinTech innovation space and to embed ourselves in our customers’ lives. We also harness customer insights to help us deliver new business models and digital innovations, and to build deeper relationships with our customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform cash transactions (Cash deposit, Cash withdrawal, FX, fee collections) and fixed deposit transactions.
  • Perform Account maintenances of the following major facilities for customers: Update customers’ information; Issue account confirmation; ATM/ Token issuance; Signature/Documents scanning and retrievals and Refund / waivers of charges / interests.
  • Receive request for Loan transactions (Auto Loan, Mortgage, Short term Loan….)
  • Investigate and respond customers’ query / complaints.
  • Do the confirmation of the balance and the account.
  • Storage docs by scanning EWF or booking Crown service.
  • Collect data / information related or required for branch reporting when necessary.
  • Ensure that the reports will be sent to PIC on time.
  • Assist the Managers in all investigation.
  • Handle ad hoc duties as and when assigned by Manager/ Management
  • Fully understand and strictly comply with Group policies, work procedures, money laundering prevention and local regulatory requirements
  • Cooperate with BUs to explore good opportunity to achieve Sales referral results.
  • Other assigned task by Branch Service Manager from time to time

Job Requirements

  • University degree (BA) required.
  • At least having 3-years of relevant experiences.
