We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities

Manage campaign end to end process to ensure communications are sent to the right customers at the right time with the right offer and right communication channel.

Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize campaigns to be run in the month.

Build campaign tracking framework to monitor on-going campaigns.

Conduct analysis and provided well-reasoned recommendations to amplify/modify campaigns to achieve campaign target and meet financial plan.

Ensure campaigns are run within approved Campaign Framework.

Enhance campaign process to fasten turn around time on campaign delivery within accepted risk and control level.

Collaborate with stakeholders to improve customer journey.

Identifies data patterns & trends, and provide insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment, etc.

Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive tarting and segmentation strategies, and communicate clearly and effective to business partners and senior leads all findings.
Job Requirements

BA Degree & above
-
4-6 years relevant experience

Strong technical skills in using MS Offices/SQL/PYTHON/SAS, and other languages

Knowledge in marketing effectiveness and penetration program

Good communication and demonstration on decision making abilities

Analytical Tools: SQL/PYTHON/SAS Libraries

Data design and management

Power BI/Qlik
-
Knowledge in Credit Card & Personal Loan products

Data-driven & logical thinking
