About the Department

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Acquire, onboard and grow a slate of strong merchants and business partners and build up steady grow of the product
  • Drive revenue growth by developing strategic partnerships platform
  • Negotiate and discuss with partners on collaboration mechanism and operation model
  • Manage and monitor network of external partners and ensure smooth operation as well as monitor the progress
  • Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations including but not limited to communication partnership offer to customers, reconciliation with partners, process for payment to partners and fulfilment to customers

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of working in relevant field (business administration, banking, e-commerce)
  • Knowledge in marketing effectiveness and penetration program
  • Good communication and demonstration on decision making abilities
  • Fluent in English verbally and in writing
  • Able to build long term and mutual partnerships showing strong communication skill and the ability to work independently
  • Ability of problem solving and negotiation
  • Good at building relationships with great attitude, work smart and experience in working cross-functionally with other team such as finance, legal, compliance, sales, marketing and others team.
  • Result oriented, ability to work under tight deadlines, activity, attentiveness and discipline
  • Creative thinking for initiative and passionate
