About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches..

Job Responsibilities

To be Checker for CCW Team:

• Checking Documentations for Credit Limit Implementation in line with Credit approval and Facility Agreement/ Mortgage Agreement and other required documents for Wholesales Borrowers.

• Checking Documents for Loan Disbursement.

• Perform daily tasks for credit administration control.

• Ensure compliance with Local Regulatories (including but not limited to Lending regulations, Enterprise law)

• Ensure adherence to Bank's Policy & Procedures in daily operation.

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively support other team members in daily BAU.

• Other task assigned by CCW Team Lead

Report:

• Daily & monthly & quarterly reports including Covenant, collateral and other control reports

• Other reports (as required from time to time) by Management or HO

Job Requirements

• Strong experience in Credit Administration Control, Facilities Agreement and related Security Agreements

• Having deep knowledge for Credit facilities and banking products

• Deep understanding for Law of Enterprise and corporate approval authority, Law of Credit Institution, SBV regulation

• Excellent in organisational and time management skill

• Ability to work under high-pressure.
