About the Department

This role is part of the Retail Credit function. The key role is to ensure smoothly implementation from Retail Credit for new product release or system change.

Job Responsibilities

System Testing.

  • Have deep understanding in retail credit processes and system.

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders for system change or enhancement opportunities.

  • Manage UAT testing: Review test scripts, perform UAT test, INC monitoring in a timely manner.

Project Management.

  • Data collection and analysis

  • Identify opportunity for process and system optimization enhancement.

  • Partnership with other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables on time.

  • Support other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements

  • Good understanding in retail credit process and system;

  • Good analytical, communication, organizational and problem solving skills;

  • Relevant experience in the industry, with minimum 4 years of experience in Credit area

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
