About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
Job Responsibilities

Process incoming credit requests reviewing for completeness/accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities.

Analyze/evaluate credit reports as well as coordinate and follow up on actions plans, implementations, and related defects.

Maintain an executive document to track all request, changes, and action plans performed on credit reports.

Prepare weekly and monthly audit reports and contribute to achieving acceptable audit ratings.

Prepare portfolio and related credit information for internal and external auditors.

Make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information.

Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedence.

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Job Requirements

Relevant experience required with 5 years working experience.

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.

Experience in credit operations or similar position Knowledge of the processes, procedures, and systems.

Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Windows domain.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
