About the Department

Job Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Have knowledge of the implications of local regulatory and compliance framework, technology platforms, market competitiveness to provide the advisory to stakeholders

  • Work collaboratively with both regional and in-country stakeholders, for an end-to-end development.

  • Playing as Business Unit Specialist for Supporting Functions, including Branch, Contact Center, Retail Operation, Financial Management & Reporting, etc

  • Product construct, customer journey and Target Operating Model

  • Business Requirement Development (BRD) for build: to work closely with business stakeholders, GTO (Functional Business Analyst) and bank steering to (i) elicit and document business requirements, (ii) monitor and manage risks/issues related to requirements and scope creep, (iii) review and sign-off final version of BRD together with business users and (iv) monitor with GTO for BRD delivery and post go-live

2. Product & Customer Integration

  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks for project documentation.

  • Work together with both regional and in-country stakeholders to manage project deliverables on time.

  • Partner with relevant stakeholders in ensuring that the system development methodology is followed, and the relevant artefacts are delivered on time with quality, in adherence to the development methodology/approach

  • Understand the market insights to provide Consumer Market benchmarking, together with customer insights to enhance customer experiences on digital platforms and fix business pain points.

  • Support other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA is a plus.

  • Relevant depth of experience in the industry, with minimum 5 years of experience in banking products, especially digital banking sector

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work both unsupervised and in a team-oriented environment, under pressure and manage deadlines.

  • Willing to face with unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

  • Experience of CASA & Card Product will be an advantage.

  • Team player who possesses drive, initiative and able to work independently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
