About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
Job Responsibilities

Execution of quality assurance process to review & assess compliance of Collections process or Collections activities and involved third party/vendor with the existing policies, procedures, and regulations.

Consolidate outcome of reviews for reporting. Publish periodic reports to highlight the outcomes of assessment.

Ensuring controls are reviewed per required, appropriate root cause analysis done for detected issues/ control breaks, corrective actions are followed up.

Make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information.

Update checklist accurately as per request and on a timely basis.

Work closely with MIS Analyst/related party to develop analytics-based assurance (exception) reports.

Support Unit Head to establish & maintain a robust process that compliant with all internal/external requirements, provide recommendations/enhancements to business policy and process as request.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree/University/College degree or equivalent experience

Preferred min experience of 2 years in Collections QA/QC, Credit process / Internal audit or related roles gained in a retail bank/ financial institution.

Knowledge of the processes, procedures, and systems in collections, consumer credit/fraud/risk/controls. Reasonable knowledge of credit policy, local regulations.

Attention, thoroughness to details and possesses strong risk-based thinking & analytical mindset.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task and work within tight & changeable timeframe while still maintaining high level of accuracy, exceptional execution capability.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Strong relationship skills to manage external and internal relationship.

Proficient in English, Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel).
