Job Responsibilities

Lead credit portfolio trend monitoring, segmentation analysis and benchmark setups for new acquisition and portfolio management for Retail banking products.

Develop automatic report, interactive dashboard to assist data driven decisions in collaboration with other functions from Global Technology, Group Risk … etc.

Use Data processing tools for performing analytics & related MIS.

Contribute to the development of new techniques and improvement of processes and work-flows by applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge and integrating subject matter and industry expertise within Risk Management

Develop recommendations to adjust credit policies by analyzing credit and financial performance and utilizing statistical scoring, segmentation, and regression and simulation techniques.

Analyze business requirements and explore opportunities with data mining by using Decision tree approach for risk mitigation recommendation.

Manage risk levels for the entire credit performance across Retail banking products and prepare risk management presentations for senior management.

Participate in developing, testing, and optimizing credit policies, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance, and assist in the implementation of those policies, processes and other related initiatives.

Assist in scorecard implementation and model validation review.

Create and renew process procedure, documentation with data quality assurance controls.

Proactively get informed on developments/news in the industry

Require for deep understanding of the loan loss forecasting and loan loss reserve methodology.

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Provide technical training & support to junior analyst.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-
Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience, preferable to have experience working in the retail risk management. Relevant experience in fields of banking, accounting, finance, reporting and data analytics can be considered.

Expertise in financial analysis and large data processing

Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance, financial modeling, credit and banking products, credit analytics, risk assessment, and transaction execution

Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a sense of urgency.

Proven ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects.
-
Demonstrated accountability, self-motivation, and business acumen.

Practical experience of SAS/SQL/VBA/Python programming languages and database management.

Good command of data processing software such as MS Excel, Access.

Experience in decision tree/model/scorecard development is a plus.

Proficient in English
