About the Department

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Setting up new relationship with customer to open new account cross sales Fix Deposit, Bancassurances, investment product (Unit trust), FX

  • Taking care and farming on existing portfolio to increase the engagements, funding, transaction.

  • Ensure to follow up all bank policy for customer on- boarding, and on-going reviews.

  • Collaboration with other stakeholder to explore business.

  • Other tasks to follow Team Manager Assign.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge and understanding of general banking procedures.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a relationship manager, senior Teller, senior customer services staff in Branches distributions.

  • Experience in handling Deposit / Liability Products/ Insurances.
