About the Department
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities
- Leading team for the acquire new to bank via Payroll service, focus on Emerging affluent segment.
- Daily sale and services management of EBRM
- Manage team RM team to ensure the great delivery services and achieve the annual sale target (referral target for deposit, insurance…)
- Planning the strategy to expand PFS in market.
- Improve and enhance the processes and products on monthly basic.
- Responsible in weekly report to update number to Functional Head
- Guide and assign sale projects/approach to team member to maximize the sales abilities of staffs and the sales opportunities.
- Support other channels in PFS knowledge and products to maximize chance of internal / external referral.
- Finding the best solution for Bank to ensure the services delivery to PFS customers.
Job Requirements
- University graduate.
- At least 6 years’ experience in Retail Banking Sales, preferably in customer facing roles.
- At least 2 years in management roles
- Proven customer service and aftersales experience and result orientation.
- Able to communicate clearly and persuasively in dealing with internal & external contacts.
- Written and spoken English.
- Self-confident, ambitious, strong interpersonal skills, willing to take challenges.
- High energy level, aggressive and can-to attitude
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and programming.
- Fast learner, independent and capable of working under pressure and efficiently.
