Job Responsibilities

On/Off-boarding Process Control

  • Manage employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, status changes, offboarding);

HR Outsourcing & Information System

  • Oversight Payroll outsourcing vendor;
  • Ensure tax implication in line with regulations, be able to verify with relevant stake holders (Payroll vendor, Accounting, Tax dept, …);
  • Ensure the management of Labour contract issuance, SHUI, Dependent registration, Employee profiles, ... in accordance with laws (process, control & checklist, governance, database, and system)
  • Manage HR relevant systems;
  • Liaise with payroll vendor and internal channels to review and enhance processes;
  • Contribute to database management and system maintenance.

 

Policy/Procedure & Governance Benefit Implementation

  • Understand and implement HR policies (e.g. Internal Labour Regulation, Code of Conduct, …) in a timely and efficient manner to meet organisational and strategic business/management needs;
  • Update HR Function to new regulations, articles and decrees relating to HR matters/ Labor Code;
  • Maintain and develop consistent HR process documentation and ensure appropriate utilization;
  • Oversight for maintaining documentation and producing artifacts for HR audits;
  • Assist to review the Internal Labour Regulation, Employee Disciplinary Policy, Employee Handbook, etc.

General Responsibilities

  • Assist in relevant HR Audit, MI, regulatory reporting and OPS Risk management;
  • Expat services coordinator ;

Any other project or tasks as required.

 

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA or above in Human Resources Management or relevant field;
  • 5 year experience in HR. Experience in Banking Industry is preferrable;
  • Understanding of HR legislation, policies and processes;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently;
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude; change mind-set
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Can communicate with internal staff and external stakeholders.
