About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process manual card payments;

  • Reconcile financial postings;

  • Handle customer’s dispute on card transaction;

  • Create personal loan and disburse loan drawdown;

  • Participate in system-build projects as relevant.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years relevant experience

  • Attention to details

  • Good understanding of credit card and card transaction

  • Competent with MS Office, especially Excel

  • Experienced in customer’s inquiry handling and project follow-up

  • Fluent in Spoken and Written English is a plus

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
