About the Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Process all payments and GL posting as per internal and regulatory requirements.
• Review voucher filing and archiving.
• Reconcile Nostro accounts and other Suspense GL accounts.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports for submission to Head Office.
• Process VAT e-invoice issuance to customers.
• Prepare Tax declaration and payment for VAT, FCT and CIT.
• Work with external consultant on Transfer Pricing preparation and submission.
• Participate in related enhancement and automation projects.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
