About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

The official job title: Retail Reconciliation & Investigation Centre Senior Officer

 

  • Work collaboratively with both regional and in-country stakeholders, for an end-to-end project related to migration.

  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks for project documentation.

  • Partner with relevant stakeholders in ensuring that the standard operation process is followed, and the relevant artefacts are

  • delivered on time with quality, in adherence to the bank policy.

  • Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements

  • and solutions that help to streamline the operational workflow.

  • Responsible for identifying and resolving routine problems and operational issues with broader departmental impact within

  • established procedures.

  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.

  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

  • Other task as assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and above,

  • 2 years in operations industry with good understanding of the operations controls and relevant experience preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point

  • Fluent in English language, both writing and speaking

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Proactive leadership and motivational skills.
