Programme Overview

• UNI is a unique programme for our employees' children who are interested in exploring a career in banking.

• The programme offers you the unique opportunity to step into your parents’ world, gain hands-on experience, and immerse yourselves in our vibrant culture.

• Successful UNI Delegates will serve as a potential pipeline to our Management Associate Programme and Fresh Graduate opportunities in the near future.

• Your application will undergo psychometric and video assessment. The tool used will be similar to those administered for Management Associate programme.

Opportunities of UNI Delegates

• You will commit to start the programme within 10 weeks from 26 May 2025 to 1 Aug 2025.

• You will have a week of virtual regional training sessions. You will participate in activities focused on personal growth and professional development. In addition, you will network with UNI Delegates from other ASEAN countries, forming friendships that go beyond their UNI period.

What we look for in a UNI Delegate

• You are the children of our full-time employees are eligible for this programme. Your parents must have completed a minimum of 4 years of service in UOB Vietnam;

• You must be between 18-25 years old;

• You must be matriculated students studying or already obtaining the acceptance letter in Universities/Institutions throughout the duration of the programme;

• Your willingness to commit to a full-time workplace experience in the office.

Selection Process in 2025

A comprehensive and rigorous selection and assessment process is in place to help us identify ideal candidates for the UNI Programme. This comprises ability tests as well as interview(s) with Hiring Manager and Human Resources:
