About the Department

The Human Resources function balances organizational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. Our team of Human Resources specialists are guided by four employee commitments: do what is right, build meaningful careers, make a real difference and lead by positive example.

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial support, to name a few but not limited to managing calendar, following up to ensure completion of different HR activities & projects, organising meetings and appointments; arranging business travel, etc. for HR function.

  • Be personal assistant for Country Head of HR.

  • Provide general HR related support in the development and execution of innovative HR projects, programs and initiatives and the enhancement of the bank’s culture & values and employee engagement, experience, well-being and branding.

  • Collaborate with others to monitor effectively HR communication across areas, activities, projects and events.

  • Assist HR works and projects across teams in HR function as assigned by Line Manager.

  • Embed risk management & compliance culture as a member of HR function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in related fields;

  • At least 1-3 year of working experience in MNC environment;

  • Integrity and highly committed to confidentiality;

  • Good interpersonal skills and clear communication;

  • Having teamwork and service mindset and high commitment to timeline and quality;

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and under pressure;

  • Influent in English, proficient in MS Office.

  • The outsourcing labor contract will be signed-on with the UOB’s third party vendor.
