About the Department

The Human Resources function balances organisational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. Job Responsibilities

  • Providing HR Operations and Services delivery;

  • Collaborating with TA, HRBP and related internal teams to ensure the on-boarding process for new hired staff is conducted smoothly;

  • Managing off-boarding process to ensure that all leavers are guided carefully, and all related actions from related parties are performed timely and in line with the labour laws;

  • Managing database of all staff (including data in excel, HR systems, hard copies employee profiles, e-profiles, …) to ensure that all staff information is recorded correctly and filed carefully;

  • Improving process & procedures, making recommendation to enhance productivity and simplification;

  • Managing labour contract of all staff to ensure complying with the labour laws;

  • Cooperating with External HR Services vendor for all HR services related to payroll/ social insurance/ health insurance/ unemployment insurance/ PIT/ Labour reports/ Labour laws updates to ensure that all HR operations and services can be delivered to staff in an effective manner;

  • Cooperating with External Expat services vendors to ensure that work permit, temporary resident card, visa, housing, … are proceeded on time;

  • Preparing employee’s related reports to relevant parties to ensure all data requests are provided on time, carefully.

  • Assisting with all employee’s queries to ensure employees’ satisfaction;

  • Participating in various HR projects as assigned by Line Manager.

 

Job Requirements

  • BSc/ BA in business administration or relevant fields;

  • At least 01 year of working experience in the same roles;

  • Good interpersonal skills and clear communication;

  • Accountable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented;

  • Ability to communicate in English;

  • Proficient in MS Office;

  • Having experience in companies with size from 500 employees is preferable.
