The Human Resources function balances organizational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. Responsibilities

Providing HR Operations and Services delivery.

Collaborating with TA, HRBP and related internal teams to ensure the on-boarding process for new hired staff is conducted smoothly.

Managing off-boarding process to ensure that all leavers are guided carefully, and all related actions from related parties are performed timely and in line with the labor laws.

Managing database of all staff (including data in excel, HR systems, hard copies employee profiles, e-profiles, …) to ensure that all staff information is recorded correctly and filed carefully.

Improving process & procedures, making recommendation to enhance productivity and simplification.

Managing labor contract of all staff to ensure complying with the labor laws.

Cooperating with external HR services vendor for all HR services related to payroll/ social insurance/ health insurance/ unemployment insurance/ PIT/ Labor reports/ Labor laws updates to ensure that all HR operations and services can be delivered to staff in an effective manner.

Cooperating with external expat services vendors to ensure that work permit, temporary resident card, visa, housing, … are proceeded on time.

Preparing employee’s related reports to relevant parties to ensure all data requests are provided on time, carefully.

Assisting with all employee’s queries to ensure employees’ satisfaction.

Support on Office Management: coordinator for office equipment; taxi card, post + mailing.

Order: stationary, necessary equipment and payment (PEM) system process.

Participating in various HR projects as assigned by line manager.

General support for HR team.
Requirements
-
BSc/ BA in business administration or relevant fields.

At least 1-3 year of working experience in the same roles.

Good interpersonal skills and clear communication.

Accountable, trustworthy, and detail oriented.

Ability to communicate in English.

Proficient in MS Office.

Having experience in companies with size from 500 employees is preferable.
