Human Resources Department balance organisational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage compensation programs and policies including staff cost budget, salary survey and benchmark, annual pay review, off-cycle adjustment, variable based on Group Total-Compensation Framework

Design, implement and manage benefits programs and policies in line with Group EVP framework

Lead and manage the payroll process, benefits administration, HR services and operations, and related metrics

Provide feedback to Group DHR Team on design, enhancement and improvement of HR system to facilitate daily HR operations and reporting. Align with Group HRIS’s roadmap to deploy new functionality, and new HR processes to enhance employee experiences

Act as enablers and advisers to management and key stakeholders on rewards and HR operations matters

Work closely with Group HR, Compliance and/or related parties to ensure rewards programs and HR operations adhering to group policies while in align with local legal & regulatory compliance

Lead and manage the implementation of risk management practice in HR context e.g. KRSCA, BCP, Outsourcing Review etc.

Participate in HR initiatives / projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- With more than 10 years’ related working experience and at least 5 years in managerial position, preferably in banking industry

Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations

Familiar with rewards and HR Operations in banking / financial sector.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently, proactively, and autonomously with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities independently and be able to work under pressure

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze problems and deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions
